Requirements:
- Please read all information on this site carefully before using this gallery. Dont't forget to read and understand the license.
- At least ~ 210 kB of webspace with installed and working PHP 4 or 5.
- Permission to access the webspace and upload files.
- A browser with Javascript enabled. Only users with Javascript enabled can enjoy the gallery.
- No knowledge of PHP or Javascript needed. But it could help by understanding the instructions.
- Note: This gallery does not use any Flash!
Instructions & Installation:
- If you already haven't, please download the ZIP-package "ym_gallery.zip" (~ 200 kB).
- Extract the package to the root directory of your webpage.
- Change the example values in the text-file "data/data.txt" and replace it with your pictures, titles and hyperlinks. Each row stands for one picture. The first value indicates the url to the picture to be displayed in the galllery. The second value is the title and finally the third value tells how to link the picture.
- Upload or copy your pictures/images to the directory "ym_gallery/data/published". Remember to give the correct width and height to your pictures. You can adjust everything in the "news_styles.css", if you know some CSS.

Add the php command include("ym_gallery/gallery.php"); to your PHP-file where you like to get displayed the gallery.
- If the destination of the file wherein to include the gallery isn't the root directory of your webspace you will have to change the include command to your needs or copy all gallery files to a different location.
- To add more than 9 pictures in the gallery you will have to draw more buttons. The package only contains 9 buttons.
- Of course you are free to change the style of the gallery as you like.
- This gallery was tested an runs with the following browsers: Google Chrome BETA, Mozilla FireFox 3.0.2, MSIE 6 (additional browsers weren't - successfully - tested)
